As a former elite gymnast and coach, she helps clients move more freely, improve posture, and build confidence in how their body works.

With over 25 years of experience, supported by professional qualifications in personal training, strength and conditioning, mobility, and rehabilitation, we provide coaching you can rely on.
We are also First Aid qualified, Enhanced DBS checked, and Safeguarding certified, ensuring a safe, professional environment for every client.
