60-minute personal training sessions take place in our peaceful, fully equipped private studio, surrounded by beautiful woodland. Whether your goal is to build strength, improve mobility, enhance fitness, loose weight or support your overall wellbeing, your programme is completely tailored to you. We combine expert guidance with a variety of training techniques and equipment to help you stay focused, motivated and make real progress.
60-minute rehabilitation sessions for individuals recovering from injury, surgery or managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
Each session focuses on restoring functional movement, improving joint mobility, rebuilding muscular strength and supporting post-operative recovery.
Programmes are adapted to the individual’s stage of recovery and medical history, with an emphasis on safe, progressive exercise.
60 minute session of Yoga Flow, Meditation and Breathing sequences to promote calm and help relieve stress and anxiety. Also suitable for children age 7 upwards.
60 minute personal training session, teaching progressive drills and skills to enhance fitness, improve technique and achieve your goals. No experience is necessary.

60 minute session of gymnastics conditioning, drill and skills to increase strength, movement and flexibility.
